  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (I used chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla essence to your food processor or high-speed blender and blend until it’s completely smooth. 
  • In a medium bowl, combine the blended mixture, almond flour, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and salt. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
