I am now eating *for the second time* 😉 a salad with this awesome dressing.
LOVE IT !!! Tried it with Parsley and Cilantro Lime Chicken – both variations work fantastic. I also mixed in a pureed tomato that I still had. Made a double batch, so will be having another salad tomorrow 😉

I made this salad for the first time about a month ago, and I’ve made it every week since.
I made a HUGE serving of it for my family – added chopped sweet peppers and subtracted the chicken, and took it as a vegan (on its own) or vegetarian (with the greek yogurt dressing) option, and it was a hit.
We’ve also discovered that the marinade works fantastic on fish, add sliced peppers and cabbage, cover with the dressing and wrap in a corn tortilla and it’s just PERFECTION.

Hye Ashmita, So this was my first recipe of yours to try and I followed it to the letter. It was so good I ate it every day for a week and then made it again! My husband loves it. Everyone who had it loved it. It retains a fresh taste for days and the flavors just get better and better. Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe with the points! Now I am moving on to your General Tso's Chicken. Thanks again!

I Loved it! I use boilEd the chickEn then only had to put the marinate on a little then I cooked it on tHe skillet for aBout 2 minuteS to get its color. Other than that it was DELICIOUS!!

I made this salad for dinner last night. I used low-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I also added green onion and a little sharp cheddar cheese. My husband and I both absolutely loved it! If I take the time to leave a comment on a recipe it’s definitely a keeper!! We especially love the lime flavor in the dressing. The marinade left the chicken so flavorful! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
